I use a 60 inch NH blower now and am amazed how fast it can take silage with enough horsepower on front. Watched a couple videos with big blow decks and a 100 horsepower electric motor used to speed up harvest. Seems using larger pipe and building a bigger blower would be the answer. Most farmers have a 200-300 HP tractor these days.

We used to fill two harvestore's and a cement stave with corn. The silage blower works great but if you have a Gehl with the spinners you need the baffle or it will splatter corn everywhere. My experience was it will crack all corn some but if dried naturally out of the field it's not too bad. If ran through a dryer the blower will just powder it.
